Canoe. The same much more stable. Now I am rethinking my answer, because of Mama K's comment. White water rafting is a blast! Everyone here should go some time if you have not already.

This reminds me of Randy's vessel. So, Randy, when you get around to posting pics of the 2009 challenge, how will we know? Where will they be posted - the blog that hasn't seen an entry since 2007 or your Flixster account? Seems like a good place, as that's where I'd look first.

I think I could handle a canoe by myself. My sisters and I rented a raft one year with some friends and by the end of our trip (only a day long trip) I was the only one left in the raft. The water was only waist high and I ended up pulling it behind me. Actually, what I really liked were the two person kayaks.
